Common Questions From Our Clients
Do you accept walk-ins?
We do at both locations! As long as an artist is available, we’ll get you in a chair ASAP, otherwise, we can work with you and one of our artists to book an appointment that works for both parties!
Do you sell aftercare products?
We sell $10 kits that include an antibacterial soap, Lubriderm, and Aquaphor in the shop.
Can I bring someone with me for my appointment?
Of course! We ask you keep it to 1 or 2 persons due to limited space in our reception area and on the floor, but we understand the comfort from having someone with you for your appointment! Please be respectful of our space and the people within the shop.
Can I bring my kids?
We’re all family people here!
However, there is explicit content on display that is not appropriate for children - only adults over the age of 18 are permitted in our studio for the safety, comfort and protection of all minors and our clients/employees.
Can I bring food/drink?
Yes! PLEASE bring yourself snacks and drinks for your appointment- its important to keep up your strength and hydration during your session. No eating at stations, but we have space on the floor and in the reception area and outside. No alcohol is permitted.
